The irises at the Geku Shrine of Ise are in full bloom.

When the irises bloom, the Iris Island in Magatama Pond at the Geku Shrine is opened to the public.

It's currently in full bloom and very beautiful, so be sure to stop by after visiting the Geku Shrine and Sengukan Hall.

Opening period: Until June 22, 2025 (tentative) *This may change depending on the iris blooming situation.

Location: Geku, Ise Shrine (Geku Magatama Pond Shobu Island) 279 Toyokawacho, Ise City, Mie Prefecture

Access: About 5 minutes on foot from Kintetsu/JR Iseshi Station (JR side).
