Ise is home to Ise Jingu Shrine, which has long been called the "spiritual home of the Japanese people," and is a place where you can understand Japanese spiritual culture. However, these things can be very difficult to understand unless they are explained to you or you experience them.
Why not rediscover Japan's spiritual culture through an interpretive guide at Ise Shrine, learning about Shinto culture at Kokugakuin University, and even experiencing a "naokai" meal on the approach to the Geku Shrine?
This tour has been selected as part of the Japan Tourism Agency's "New Discovery of Regional Tourism" project.
Please monitor each experience during the tour and answer a questionnaire after the tour. We will also take photos during the tour and use them to disseminate information, so we ask for your understanding.
