If you leave your luggage at the baggage storage facility in front of Ise City Station during delivery hours, your luggage will be delivered to your accommodation in the Ise, Toba, and Shima areas (excluding remote islands) by the evening of the same day.
You can enjoy sightseeing in Ise without worrying about retrieving your luggage.

Baggage must be no larger than 160cm (sum of three dimensions) and weigh no more than 25kg. We will do our best to accommodate temporary baggage storage requests, but we may have to decline due to space limitations.
There are no particular restrictions, but we may decline if the baggage storage space is full.
If you pick up your order after closing time, it will be ready for pickup the following day. An additional fee for the following day's pickup will be charged upon pickup.
Luggage storage is available only on the day of arrival.
At the Ise City Station baggage storage facility and the Geku-mae Tourist Service Center, you can use Visa, Mastercard(R), JCB, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, UnionPay, transportation IC cards, iD, QUICPay, and Rakuten Edy.
At the baggage storage facility at Ise City Station, in addition to the above credit cards and electronic money, QR code payment is also accepted.
The Futamiura Tourist Information Center only accepts cash.
There are no coin lockers at the Outer Shrine of Ise Grand Shrine. Please use the baggage storage facility at Ise City Station or the Tourist Service Center in front of the Outer Shrine.
