Watarai-kunimi Shrine is a shrine of the outer shrine, and the deity is Hikokuni Mikagiken, the ancestor of Ise Kunizo and Watarai-kunimi. This is Yotsuka no Mikoto.It is located in the outer shrine area and is enshrined along a path in a solemn natural forest beside the northern gate.If you go further about 50 meters, you will find Otsu Shrine.
