  Click "New Registration" to register as a user. (※1)

  Next, log in to the site on your smartphone, select the amount of your donation to Ise City, and pay your tax by credit card.
  After paying your tax, open the "Thank You Gifts" page and the "Ise e-Machi Gift" you received as a thank you gift will be displayed.

• Step.3

  

  Scan the QR code at the store from the "Ise e-Machi Gift" screen.
  Next, enter the amount you want to spend (※2) into your smartphone and make the payment.

• Step.4

  

  Show the payment completion screen to the store attendant and have them confirm the "store name" and "amount" and your payment is complete!

1. Tax payment at travel destination

• What is destination tax?

  This is a new form of hometown tax payment. Unlike traditional hometown tax payments, where you can receive gifts without visiting the city, you can experience the charms of Ise City directly, and make a donation on the spot when you fall in love with Ise City or feel like supporting it. The main feature of this system is that you can receive an electronic gift certificate [Ise e-Machi Gift] that can be used in 1-yen increments at affiliated stores in Ise City.

• Please tell me the period of use.

  The funds can be used immediately after donation and can be used for 365 days from the date of donation.

• Where can I use it?

  You can use it at participating stores.List of Ise e-machi gift participating stores

  *In some accommodations, the maximum usage amount is 1 yen per person per night, in accordance with national standards.

• Is there a limit to the amount of travel tax I can pay?

  There is no limit to the number of donations. The amount of hometown tax payment is subject to a maximum amount depending on the donor's annual income and family structure. Please check the maximum amount yourself on the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications website or various hometown tax payment portal sites.

• Can Ise residents make tax payments to Ise City while traveling?

  Even if you make a hometown tax donation to the municipality where you are registered as a resident, you cannot receive a gift in return for your hometown tax donation under the hometown tax donation system. Therefore, Ise residents cannot make a hometown tax donation to Ise City while traveling.

2. Smartphones that can be used

3.Registration and login

• I haven't received the membership registration email.

  The following are some possible reasons why you may not have received the email. Please check the following points.

  • The registered email address is incorrect.
  • It's in your spam folder.
  • The carrier email provided by your mobile phone company is not set up to receive emails from the "@tabisaki.gift" domain.

• I forgot my password.

  You can reset your password. Click the "Forgot Password" link under the button on the login screen and enter your registered email address. You will receive an email with instructions for resetting your password. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.

• Can I change my email address or password?

  You can change either of these. Go to "My Page" at the bottom of the home screen, click "Change Email Address" or "Change Password" and enter your new email address. A confirmation email for the email address change or password change will be sent to the email address you entered, so please follow the instructions in the email to make the change.

4. Donations (tax payments)

• I want to check the details of my donation (tax payment)

  Clicking the "Donation History" button at the bottom of the screen will display information about your donation, such as the date and time of your donation, the amount, etc. If you are unable to make a donation (an error occurs), it will not appear in your donation history.

• What is the payment method for donations (taxes)?

  Tax payments can only be made by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club). You will also need your identity verification number (3D Secure) when making payment.

• I made two donations (tax payments). Can I combine the two e-gift certificates into one?

  Depending on the number of donations, you will receive a separate e-gift certificate for each donation, so donations cannot be combined; however, it is possible to use two or more e-gift certificates in one transaction.

• Can anyone other than the person who made the donation (tax payment) use it?

  It is not permitted to transfer (including exchange or resale) or lend to a third party, receive from a third party, or use as collateral for pawning, etc.

• Can I resell it?

  Resale, redemption, refunds, transfers and returns are not permitted. Please use at participating stores.

• Could you please tell me about the One-Stop Special Provisions?

  We send an application form and a reply envelope to everyone who wishes to use the One-Stop System. The deadline for submitting the One-Stop Special Application Form is January 1th of the year following the donation (must arrive by this date).

• When will the donation receipt be issued?

  Your item will be shipped within approximately 3 weeks of your donation.

5. Use of electronic gift certificates

• Where can I check the e-gift voucher I received as a gift?

  Please access the Travel Tax Payment Site, log in, and press the "Thank You Gift" button at the bottom of the screen to display the electronic gift certificate.

• I cannot launch the 2D code reading screen on my smartphone.

  First of all, please take the following steps:

  1. Please make sure your system meets the following requirements.

     If you click on the ticket link from an app such as LINE, the camera may not start. Please open the ticket directly from your browser.

  2. When you launch the reading screen, a pop-up will appear on your browser requesting permission to access the camera. Click "Allow."

  *If you have checked steps 1 and 2 and are still unable to open the reading screen, you can make payments using your passcode, so please contact the store staff for assistance.

• I launched the 2D code reading screen on my smartphone, but the 2D code is not responding.

  The possible causes are as follows:

  1. You are using a non-compatible smartphone

     We have confirmed that this app is not compatible with any Raku-Raku phone models released before February 2017. In addition, we do not guarantee operation on overseas smartphones.

  2. You are using a smartphone in a non-recommended environment.

     If you use the service in an environment other than the ones listed below, you may not be able to use the service properly.

• Can this offer be used in conjunction with other discount coupons, coupons, meal vouchers, etc.?

  There are no particular restrictions on overlapping use, but each participating store may set conditions at its own discretion. Please contact each participating store for details.

• Will I get change?

  You can use the card in 1 yen increments, so no change will be given. You can continue to use your remaining balance.

• What happens if my balance is insufficient to cover the cost of the item?

  Use the entire amount and pay the difference with cash or other means of payment.

• I made a mistake with the payment amount, what should I do?

  We can accommodate requests within 24 hours, so please contact each affiliated store.

• I replaced/lost (or had my smartphone stolen) the one I was using.

  You can continue to use the voucher by accessing this site from a new smartphone and logging in. However, there is a possibility that a third party may use an unused e-voucher from a lost (stolen) smartphone. We cannot take any responsibility if the e-voucher is lost due to theft or loss of the smartphone. Furthermore, e-vouchers cannot be reissued under any circumstances.

• Are there any items that cannot be purchased with e-gift certificates?

  It cannot be used to pay for the following items which do not meet the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications' gift standards.
