● Purpose:
In order to make our organization better, expanding our membership is one of the most important issues for our youth division. Therefore, at our July meeting, we will invite potential new members and hold an open meeting called "Let's find a new hobby" to deepen our friendship with them. Starting a new hobby together makes it easier to interact with people, creates a sense of camaraderie, and creates an environment where people can easily get along. By inviting professional darts player Takayuki Okubo as the instructor, we will ensure that everyone from beginners to experienced players can enjoy the event, and we hope that they will be able to experience the benefits of the youth division of the Tourism Association, which will lead to the creation of a better organization.
● Business effect:
Since the event was mainly recreational, there were more participants than usual, totalling 24 people.
The fun atmosphere of the Tourism Association Youth Division was conveyed to the observers.
By giving away prizes as products from members' stores, membership became a benefit to members.
It was a good opportunity for members to deepen their interactions with each other and with observers.
The hurdle for speaking up seemed lower than at regular open meetings, so it became practice for me to speak to people who are not members.
