● Purpose:
In order to smoothly carry out the next fiscal year's business, an extraordinary general meeting will be held to obtain approval for the new organization in order to re-elect the next officers. A social gathering will also be held to deepen friendships between members. 
● Business effect:
The next year's officers and organization were approved smoothly.
The social gathering was also held at the same venue, ensuring plenty of time for members to interact with each other.
By using the graduates' stores, we were able to deepen our interactions with them.
As in the previous year, the general meeting materials were posted on AT, which helped prevent materials from being forgotten and led to a paperless system.

Social gathering: 21 current members and 2 advisors, total of 23 people
