At the annual general meeting in May, each Youth Division member will understand the previous year's business report and financial statements.
The purpose is to get your approval.
● Business effect:
By reviewing the previous year's business report and income and expenditure, I was able to gain a deeper understanding of business activities.
The social gathering was also held at the same venue, ensuring plenty of time for members to interact with each other.
Posting the general meeting materials on AT helped prevent materials from being forgotten and led to a paperless system.

Regular General Meeting: 18 current members, 20 proxy votes, total 38 members
Social gathering: 17 current members and 3 advisors, total 20 people
