●Purpose: A regular general meeting is held for the purpose of approving the business plan (draft) for the next fiscal year and the Youth Mutual Aid Association budget (draft) so that the Youth Division activities for the next fiscal year can be carried out smoothly.In addition, a graduation ceremony will be held for the members of the Youth Division who will graduate this year, and we will thank them for their achievements so far and give them a shout out for their continued success in the future.
●Effectiveness of the project: Regular general meetings, ceremonies, and social gatherings were held.At the regular general meeting, the business plan and budget for the next fiscal year were approved without delay, and at the graduation ceremony, we were able to hold a ceremony that marked a turning point, as many graduates were active as officers.At the get-together, graduating members and the next year's members were able to interact with each other, and by deepening their friendship, they were able to deepen their connections and ties toward the start of the next year.
